Definatly a place to enjoy food and good drink ~ Not really a club establishment, but for a young professional seeking more of a relaxing atmosphere. You Must LIKE Steak !! |

My wife and I recently visited your establishment for a lunch. Arrived around 11:30AM , GCI and a few military parties where there waiting to be seated and then we were next. After a 35 minute wait we were seated. The other parties also waited about 30-35 minutes also. Youhad just opebed and we were the only ones there and still a 35 minute wait? Tony our waitress was unattentive, not polite and stated when paid " I guess we are squared?" Not a way to receive a tip. This is not the first time we had poor service and non polite employees service. When Jan was the managger we had spoken to her about the service or I should lack of. We feel you should be informed of the lack of customer friendly service in your establishment. we will be sharing this experience and the others we have encountered with your employees with others. |
